Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," "your") and IPTV Goal ("we," "us," "our," "the IPTV provider") governing your access to and use of our streaming services, website, and related platforms.
By completing a subscription purchase, creating an account, or using any part of our IPTV provider service, you agree to these Terms in full. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Eligibility

- Each subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only unless you hold a valid reseller agreement with us.
- Subscriptions are non-transferable and may not be shared commercially.
- A subscription covers one (1) active connection at a time unless a multi-connection plan is agreed upon.
- Subscriptions do not automatically renew. You will be notified before expiry.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect active subscriptions.
Payment & Billing
All payments for our IPTV provider service are processed securely. By completing a payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
- Accepted payment methods include PayPal, credit/debit cards, cryptocurrency, and other methods communicated via WhatsApp.
- All prices are listed in Euros (€). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the user.
- Payment must be received in full before access is granted. Access is activated within minutes of confirmed payment.
- We do not store full credit card details. Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party processors.
- All sales are final upon activation of the service unless covered by our Refund Policy (Section 06).
Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our IPTV provider service and offer a money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of activation via WhatsApp or email.
- Refunds are only granted if a technical issue reported to our support team cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
- Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by the user's internet connection, device incompatibility, or user error.
- Refunds are not available after 72 hours of service activation or after significant usage has occurred.
- We strongly recommend taking advantage of our free trial before purchasing a paid plan.
Acceptable Use

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund:
- Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your subscription credentials without an authorized reseller agreement.
- Using our service for public broadcast, commercial screening, or any revenue-generating activity without prior written consent.
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, circumvent, or disrupt our IPTV provider infrastructure or servers.
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service or scrape content.
- Hosting, streaming, or rebroadcasting our content to third parties through any medium.
- Using the service to access, transmit, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse free trial offers or circumvent account bans.

Intellectual Property
All content delivered through our IPTV provider service — including but not limited to live channels, movies, series, and VOD content — is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws owned by their respective rights holders.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to access and view content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not download, record, copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from our service without express written permission from the rights holder.
- Our website design, logos, trademarks, and branding are the exclusive property of IPTV Goal and may not be used without written consent.
Service Availability & Uptime
We strive to maintain the highest possible service availability as your trusted IPTV provider. We target a 99.9% uptime across all servers and infrastructure.
- Occasional scheduled maintenance windows may cause brief service interruptions. We endeavor to notify users in advance.
- Some channels or content may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, licensing changes, or third-party provider outages beyond our control.
- Service quality may be affected by the speed and stability of your internet connection, which is outside our control.
- In cases of extended unplanned outages affecting our IPTV provider service, we may offer subscription extensions at our discretion.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our IPTV provider service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content delivered through the service.
- Warranties that the service will be compatible with every device, operating system, or application.
We make no warranty that defects will be corrected or that the service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the service is at your sole risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IPTV Goal and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our IPTV provider service, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- Costs of procurement of substitute goods or services.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
- Any content obtained through or in connection with the service.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you for your current subscription period. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our IPTV provider service at any time, with or without notice, for the following reasons:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 08.
- Non-payment or fraudulent payment activity.
- Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward our support team.
- Actions that compromise the security, integrity, or performance of our infrastructure.
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. No refunds will be issued for terminations resulting from violations of these Terms. You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email — however, no partial refunds are provided for unused subscription days unless covered under Section 06.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which IPTV Goal operates as an IPTV provider.
- Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
- You agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, otherwise it is permanently barred.
- You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against IPTV Goal.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our IPTV provider service, legal requirements, or business practices. When material changes are made, we will:
- Update the effective date at the top of this page.
- Notify active subscribers via WhatsApp or email where required.
- Post a prominent notice on our website for a reasonable period.
