• Using the service to access, transmit, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

• In cases of extended unplanned outages affecting our IPTV provider service, we may offer subscription extensions at our discretion.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you for your current subscription period. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our IPTV provider service at any time, with or without notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 08.
• Non-payment or fraudulent payment activity.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward our support team.
• Actions that compromise the security, integrity, or performance of our infrastructure.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. No refunds will be issued for terminations resulting from violations of these Terms. You may terminate your subscription at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email — however, no partial refunds are provided for unused subscription days unless covered under Section 06.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which IPTV Goal operates as an IPTV provider.

• Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
• You agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, otherwise it is permanently barred.
• You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against IPTV Goal.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our IPTV provider service, legal requirements, or business practices. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the effective date at the top of this page.
• Notify active subscribers via WhatsApp or email where required.
• Post a prominent notice on our website for a reasonable period.
