All IPTV subscriptions are generally non-refundable. By purchasing a plan, you agree that your payment is for digital streaming access, which cannot be returned once activated.

  • Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved promptly.
  • Wrong subscription or duplicate payment caused by our system error.
  • Other cases approved directly by support on WhatsApp or email.
