All IPTV subscriptions are generally non-refundable. By purchasing a plan, you agree that your payment is for digital streaming access, which cannot be returned once activated.

- Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved promptly.
- Wrong subscription or duplicate payment caused by our system error.

- Failure to use the subscription due to unsupported devices or poor internet connection.
