The Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Subscriber," "User," or "you") and IPTV Provider ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our premium IPTV streaming service, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By placing an order, requesting a free trial, or activating your IPTV Provider subscription, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.

Acceptable Use Policy
Your IPTV Provider subscription is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. Each subscription is licensed to a single household. The following uses are expressly prohibited:
- Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing your credentials or access to any third party
- Sharing credentials across multiple simultaneous locations or IP addresses beyond the licensed connection limit
- Using the service for commercial broadcasting, public viewing, or any revenue-generating activity
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or clone our stream URLs, playlist structure, or server infrastructure
- Using automated tools or bots to access, download, or record streamed content in bulk
⛔ Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate suspension of your subscription without refund. We monitor for abuse and credential sharing automatically.
Payment & Billing
All payments for our IPTV Provider subscriptions are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store or access your payment card details.
- Prices are displayed and charged in EUR (€) unless otherwise agreed
- Payment must be completed before subscription credentials are delivered
- Subscriptions are non-recurring by default — you will never be auto-charged without explicit consent
- In the event of a billing error, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it promptly
- Prices are subject to change — active subscriptions will not be affected mid-term

Content & Intellectual Property

- You may stream content for personal viewing only — recording, archiving, or redistributing content is not permitted
- The IPTV Provider brand, website design, and proprietary technology are our exclusive intellectual property
- Channel availability may vary based on regional licensing and broadcast rights
- We make no warranties regarding the availability of specific channels — the library may change without notice
Disclaimers & Liability
Our IPTV streaming service is provided "as is" with our best effort to maintain the highest possible uptime and quality. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control.
- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by your ISP, internet connectivity, device compatibility, or third-party apps
- We are not liable for content removed or restricted by rights holders or regional authorities
- Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for your current subscription period
- We commit to notifying subscribers of planned maintenance windows whenever possible
- Significant outages on our side will be compensated with subscription extensions at our discretion

Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription immediately and without refund in the following circumstances:
- Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy (Section 4), including credential sharing or reselling
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting our support team
- Any attempt to access, probe, or attack our server infrastructure
- Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or providing false information during purchase
You may also cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for early cancellation unless a service fault qualifies under our Refund Policy.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify active subscribers via email or WhatsApp.
Your continued use of the IPTV Provider service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
